- Form 1120-S: Annual Income Tax Return for S Corporations
- Form 7004: Extensions for Partnerships and S-Corporations
- Form 2553: Election for S-Corporations

This is where tax returns are filed for individuals, as well as sole proprietorships and single-member LLCs. If you filed or are filing an extension, you will still need to pay your estimated taxes by April 15 to avoid paying interest.

- Form 1040 with Schedule C: Annual Tax Return for Sole Proprietorships and Single-Member LLCs
- Form 4868: Extensions for Individuals (including sole proprietors and single-member LLCs)
- Payments due for all 2023 taxes: Pay any estimated tax now, even if you file an extension.
